Gmina Jeleśnia is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Żywiec County, Silesian Voivodeship, in southern Poland. Its seat is the village of Jeleśnia, which lies approximately 10 kilometres (6 mi) south-east of Żywiec and 71 km (44 mi) south of the regional capital Katowice.
The gmina covers an area of 170.51 square kilometres (65.8 sq mi), and as of 2019 its total population is 13,283.
