The Grey-bellied Hawk'' or Grey-bellied Goshawk (Accipiter poliogaster) is a species of bird of prey in the Accipitridae family.
It is found in Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, French Guiana, Guyana, Paraguay, Peru, Suriname, and Venezuela.
Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests.
