Henadiy Boholyubov (born 20 January 1962) is a Ukrainian billionaire businessman, one of three who control Privat Group, the others being Ihor Kolomoyskyi and Oleksiy Martynov.

Henadiy Boholyubov was born in Dnipropetrovsk, Ukraine, on 20 January 1962.[1] He was educated at the Prydniprovska State Academy of Civil Engineering and Architecture.[1]
