Herbert Samuel Chang (born 2 July 1952 in Jamaica) is a former West Indian cricketer who played in one Test in 1979 before joining the West Indian Rebel cricket team to South Africa.

Chang was subsequently banned from playing for the West Indies and he last played First-class cricket in the 1982/83 season. Thereafter, he fell on bad times and it is rumoured that he is living the life of a destitute on the streets of Kingston, Jamaica.[1]
