Horní Myslová (Czech pronunciation: [ˈɦorɲiː ˈmɪslovaː]) is a municipality and village in Jihlava District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 90 inhabitants.

Horní Myslová lies approximately 29 kilometres (18 mi) south-west of Jihlava and 126 km (78 mi) south-east of Prague.
