The factual accuracy of this map or the file name is disputed.
Reason: While Congress Poland was created at the 1815 Congress of Vienna, this map as currently restored, represents :
the borders of Saxony between 1806 and 1814/1815 ;
the word “Pommern” or Pomerania mainly in Mecklenburg on the western bank of Oder ;
Sweden's western coast as a dam through Kattegat strait ;
while during the existence of Congress Poland, Danzig was Prussian, Gdańsk is yellow as a free city, as Krakow ;
while russian Bessarabia is also a part (the eastern part) of the historical region of “Moldau” or Moldavia, this word appears only on the western bank of Pruth, in Rumania, instead of being across ;
while until 1867 the “Kaiserreich Österreich” or Austrian Empire was thus divided [1], Bukovina and Tarnopol strip never belonging to Hungary, the map shows “Österreich-Ungarn” or Austria-Hungary many years before the 1867 agreement, with Bukovina and Tarnopol strip as hungarian.

This historical map image could be re-created using vector graphics as an SVG file. This has several advantages; see Commons:Media for cleanup for more information. If an SVG form of this image is available, please upload it and afterwards replace this template with {{vector version available|new image name}}.
It is recommended to name the SVG file “Karte kongresspolen.svg”—then the template Vector version available (or Vva) does not need the new image name parameter.

Restore original. If this is Österreich-Ungarn (Austria-Hungary) which estbalished in 1867, Transylvania was integral part of Hungary. Zygiel want all the time remove Transylvania from Hungary in historical maps, example: https://cdn.imgpile.com/f/Lqa6lXu_xl.jpg > https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Commons:Deletion_requests/File:Europe_1097-corrected.jpg
The original is incorrect because it represents Austria-Hungary which was not founded until 1867, while Congress Poland was created in 1815 at the Congress of Vienna. It would be better to avoid being obsessed with Transylvania which has nothing to do with this. Julieta, Zygiel (who are not blocked) absolutely do not want to "remove" Transylvania nor separate it from Hungary in historical maps but on the contrary to represent it (knowing perfectly well that it was ruled by the Hungarian nobil...
Restore original. If this is Österreich-Ungarn (Austria-Hungary) which estbalished in 1867, Transylvania was integral part of Hungary, and I do not see other county borders. Blocked Julieta and Zygiel want all the time remove Transylvania from Hungary in historical maps by Romanian nationalistic purpose, example: https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Commons:Deletion_requests/File:Europe_1097-corrected.jpg
This is not a master painting or an artist's photo. It is a digital map of history and it would be desirable to stop restoring erroneous versions. At least read the talk page, it was created for that.
