Inventions for Electric Guitar is the first solo studio album by electronic artist Manuel Göttsching. It was originally released in 1975 as an Ash Ra Tempel album,[2] but the 2011 reissue of the album is credited solely to Göttsching. The album was written and performed entirely by Göttsching on electric guitar, hence the title.
