The Jatiyo Samajtantrik Dal (Bengali: জাতীয় সমাজতান্ত্রিক দল, 'National Socialist Party', abbreviated JSD or 'জাসদ', Jasad) is a political party in Bangladesh.

The party founded in 1972 through the merger of socialist political activists and military officers. It was founded under the leadership of Major (Retired) Abdul Jalil, a freedom fighter from Barisal District, and was also joined by pro-Awami League top ranking student leaders like ASM Abdur Rab & Shahjahan Siraj. Led by Colonel Abu Taher, the front was firmly opposed to the regime of Brigadier Khaled Mosharraf and overthrew it in a military coup on November 7, 1975, which is celebrated in Bangladesh as the National Revolution and Solidarity Day.
