Jochen Schmid (born August 16, 1963) is a former Grand Prix motorcycle road racer from Germany. He finished the 1992 season seventh overall in the 250cc class, and eighth one year earlier.[1] Schmid competed in the World Superbike Championship from 1994 to 1997 and in 1999, taking two podiums at Hockenheim in 1995.
