As can ppl. with mental illness. [With mutual consent, though, instances with those subgroups cannot be prosecuted under S3, or, at least... we'll see, sadly]. The "abusive behaviours" was meant to refer to the "sex crimes" that are offences everywhere: tried to make it clearer now to address understandable concern; also hidden note.
