"Let's Do It Again" was a hit song for The Staple Singers. Written by Curtis Mayfield, it was part of the soundtrack for the Bill Cosby/Sidney Poitier movie, Let's Do It Again. The single reached the top of the Billboard Hot 100 singles chart in December 1975 (the last to do so that year), and also spent two non-consecutive weeks at the top of the Hot Soul Singles chart.[1] It was the last major hit by the group.

R&B quartet Xscape sampled the song on its first single, "Just Kickin' It," from the 1993 album Hummin' Comin' at 'Cha and four years later, the group sampled the song of the same name on the final chorus before the end of the song from the soundtrack to the film, Soul Food which originally produced by Jermaine Dupri.
