This is an episode list for the British version of the improvisational comedy series Whose Line Is It Anyway?. Whose Line Is It Anyway was created by Dan Patterson and Mark Leveson in 1988 as a radio show on BBC Radio 4, where it ran for 6 episodes. Later that year, the series was moved to television, appearing on Channel 4. Every episode (except compilation episodes, the series two Christmas special and the 2011 Comic Relief special) saw four performers playing games. The television shows were broadcast at 8:30 p.m. from series 1–5, and then moved to a watershed slot of 9:00 p.m. for series 6–10. From series 1–8, all episodes were shown on a Friday and series 9 and 10 were shown on a Thursday. All of the UK episodes were hosted by Clive Anderson.
