Menma ([メンマ or 麺麻 or 麺碼] Error: {{nihongo}}: text has italic markup (help)) is a Japanese condiment made from lactate-fermented bamboo shoots. It is a common topping for noodle soup and ramen.

Menma is also known as shinachiku .
