Michael Marshall, also known and credited as Mike Marshall and Mike Meezy, was the lead singer of the R&B group Timex Social Club. In 1986, he had taken an offer to join Run DMC's Raising Hell Tour, before he left the group. He was often confused as the lead singer of Club Nouveau when in fact, Michael never sang with that group. The Timex Social Club's hit "Rumors" was erroneously placed on the greatest hits album of Club Nouveau and caused confusion. In the 1990s Michael Marshall worked with the group called "Mo'fessionals" and made a few songs with them. In 1995, Mike did a feature for a rap-group Luniz and sang the chorus on their hit "I Got 5 On It." Mike is the only currently active member of the Timex Social Club. He completed the album called K.I.M. with rapper Equipto in 2004. Had an international top 10 dance hit, "Your Body," with DJ Tom Novy in 2005. Completed solo album Love, Lies & Life with hit song "So Young" featuring San Quinn in 2006. In 2008 Psychopathic Records sub-label Hatchet House released the Tunnel Runners compilation featuring Mike along side Bay Area horrorcore rap artist Mars (rapper) on the song "They Watchin Me". The compilation went on to hit the Top 25 rap albums on Billboard its first week. Mike lives now in Northern California and has completed his second solo R&B album, Soul Of The Bay.
