Milica Dabović (Serbian Cyrillic: Милица Дабовић) (born February 16, 1982) is a Serbian professional basketball player.
She plays for ŽKK Partizan. Milica is a captain of the Serbia national basketball team and also captain of her present club ŽKK Partizan. In Serbia with WBC Red Star Belgrade she won national Championship (2003/04) and national Cup (2003/04). With ŽKK Partizan she won 3 national Championships (2010/11, 2011/12, 2012/13), 2 national Cups (2010/11, 2012/13) and 2 Adriatic League Women (2011/12, 2012/13).
Her younger sister, Ana Dabović is also a basketball player.
