Mill Creek is a stream in Oregon County in the Ozarks of southern Missouri.[1] It is a tributary of Barren Fork.[2]

The stream headwaters are at 36°42′19″N 91°30′24″W / 36.70528°N 91.50667°W / 36.70528; -91.50667 and the confluence with Barren Fork is at 36°46′21″N 91°30′46″W / 36.77250°N 91.51278°W / 36.77250; -91.51278.[1]

Mill Creek was so named because a sawmill and a grist mill were located along its course.[3]
