Route 465 is a short highway in southern Missouri. It serves as a freeway (known as the Ozark Mountain High Road) northwest of Branson. Its northern terminus is at U.S. Route 65 north of Branson; its southern terminus is currently at Route 76. It will eventually extend further south, reconnecting to U.S. Route 65
