Muhyi-i Gülşeni (1528–1604) was a Turkish dervish of the Gülşeni tariqa (Sufi order) most famously noted for inventing the first known non-European constructed language, Balaibalan (Turkish Bâleybelen)

Born in Edirne to a family originally from Shiraz. A member of the Gülşenî tariqa in Cairo, Muhyi-i Gülşeni was helped in the creation of Balaibalan by several other Gülşenî figures.

He died in Cairo.
