Narasimha is a 1991 Bollywood Hindi Action film starring Sunny Deol, Dimple Kapadia, Urmila Matondkar, Ravi Behl and Om Puri. Film is Directed by N. Chandra.


Narasimha, a young and captive man, lives a middle class life with his family in a quiet neighborhood. He gets his beautiful sister married to an eligible young man in their vicinity. On the occasion of his sister giving birth, he returns home to find a conflict arise between his neighborhood and another neighborhood. He seeks refuge in a dwelling area nearby only to return and find out his whole family has been murdered. With no aim left in life Narasimha decides to turn to crime and alcohol. He later decides to work for a man called Suraj Narayan Singh. But when Suraj asks him to kill Ravi Rastogi for falling in love with his daughter, Meenu, Narasimha refuses, and joins forces with Ravi and his sister, Anita to force Suraj to get the young couple married. The conflict escalates to such proportions that Suraj finally gets arrested.
