Rear Admiral Dr Nassar Ikram, SI(M) is an active two-star ranked Pakistan's Naval official, currently serving as Pro-Rector of National University of Sciences and Technology .[1]

Career in Navy

He was commissioned in Weapon Engineering branch in 1983. He is a graduate of National Defence University, Islamabad and holds Masters Degree in Military Electronic System Engineering from Cranfield University UK, Masters Degree in National Security & War Studies from Quaid-e-Azam University, Islamabad and Doctorate Degree in Cryptography from Bradford University, UK. His distinguished appointments include Deputy Director General Inter-Services Intelligence and Assistant Chief of the Naval Staff at Naval Headquarters (NHQ). Presently, he is serving as Commandant Pakistan Navy Engineering College.[2]
