Ngư Thủy Bắc, formerly known as Ngư Hòa, is a commune (xã) and village in Lệ Thủy District, Quảng Bình Province, Vietnam. In 2009, it had a population of 3,584 and an area of 31.38 square kilometres (12.12 sq mi).[1]
