History
Nodashi Station was opened on May 9, 1911 as Nodamachi Station (野田市駅, Nodamachi-eki) on the Chiba Prefectural Railways. The Hokuso Railway began operations from this station on August 1, 1923. The station was relocated to its present location on September 1, 1929. On November 22, 1929, the Hokuso Railway was renamed the Sobu Railway, and used this station as its head office. The Sobu Railway became the Tobu Railway on March 1, 1944. The station was renamed to its present name on May 30, 1950.
