Odell Borg is a Native American flute player, maker, teacher, and record producer. He has produced records with Bill Miller, Jan Michael Looking Wolf, Travis Terry, and John Bear.

Borg's father was Ojibwe, and his mother was of German descent. Before making flutes, Borg crafted jewelry and leather. When he was a young man in the 1980s, he received a Native American flute as a gift. After a few of years playing, he began making flutes of his own.

His first workshop was a one-car garage in Southern California. He started High Spirits Flutes after relocating to Patagonia, Arizona. Through his company, Borg markets flutes fashioned from single pieces of aromatic cedar, Spanish cedar, walnut, birch, madrone, ebonized walnut, and occasionally juniper or pine.
