Paolo Iovannone, also known as Paolo I.,[1] is a Canadian singer/songwriter/producer. He has worked under the pseudonym Rocko T. Bello[2] for the musical act Capital Sound.

Paolo I. aka Rocko T. Bello began working at Montreal studios writing tracks for club dance artists. The majority of the recordings were for the local DJ label Numuzik. In 1995, Capital Sound[3] received a Juno Award for Best Dance Recording.
His co-written works have been included in compilations such as Best Of CD Compilations.[4]

He has gone on to release two full length solo CDs of original music: "Rocko T. Bello" and The Pale Blue Sky Sessions.[5]
He has two tracks on the Dustin Disco CD.[6] and has released a book about a personal road trip experience available online[7]
