Portman College is a private business college located in Seri Kembangan, Malaysia. The college is registered as a private institution of higher learning with the Ministry of Education Malaysia. It was formerly known as Institute Rangkaian Komputer (Computer Network Institute). In 2002, the college was renamed Portman College after establishing a partnership with the Portman Business School in Singapore.

2012 was a historic year for Portman College, as it was bought over by Mr. Ernie Chen, the co-founder and Group CEO of the ATCEN Group of Companies based in Malaysia. As a result of its rebranding exercise in September 2012, Portman College began to focus primarily on business and media communication education. Since then, the college has undertaken major development and marketing efforts.

Today, Portman College is known as the first college that specialises in Business Education in Malaysia. It is committed to its mission to educate and produce highly competent leaders to make a difference in the world. Students receive necessary exposure through business events to build business skills.
