Rebecca Manuel (née Rebecca Ellen Gilmore; born 13 June 1979 in Sydney, New South Wales), is an Australian diver who competed in the 2000 Summer Olympics with Loudy Tourky. She also placed 18th in the 3 m springboard competition, and 11th in the 10 m platform.

Manuel now coaches diving in Sydney.[1]
