Rudbar-e Qasran District (Persian: بخش رودبار قصران) is a district (bakhsh) in Shemiranat County, Tehran Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 15,489, in 4,563 families.[1] The district has two cities: Fasham and Shemshak. The district has one dehestan (rural district): Rudbar-e Qasran Rural District.
