Ryo Shibata (柴田 嶺, Shibata Ryō, born February 24, 1987 in Kushiro) is a Japanese figure skater. He is a two-time competitor at the Junior Grand Prix final and the World Junior Championships. He has been called "the Japanese Johnny Weir".[1]

Shibata has performed a Biellmann spin in competition.
