Scott's Real Estate Investment Trust (TSX: SRQ.UN) is a publicly traded real estate investment trust in Canada that owns over 200 retail properties comprising more than 925,000 square feet (85,900 m2) in 7 provinces across the country. It is managed by JBM Properties.
The REIT primarily focuses on the acquisistion of small box retail (banks, financial institutions, pharmacies, restaurants and other retail establishments) properties in attractive Canadian markets.
