Please discuss recent changes to this article. It was about a lodge and its historic building, has been edited to be just about one. I was adding better referencing which has been entirely removed, and adding other info. I'll pause. BB, could you restore the better referencing and otherwise develop it to the point you think is right, and then discuss here. The article should be stable before you open a RM which I sense you want, too. Or at least it would be better, less disruptive/demanding for other editors, if we could hash out some preliminaries here.

We need to distinguish between names here. The building is called "Montrose Masonic Temple, Lodge No. 63" (at least by the NRHP). The name of the LODGE that used to meet in it, however, is Montrose Lodge No. 63, Ancient Free and Accepted Masons (or simply "Montrose Lodge No. 63"). Please stop trying to imply that people refer to the lodge by the name of the building... they do not. The two may have similar names, but they do not have the same name. Common name?[edit]

I know that the NRHP lists this building by the "masonic temple" name ... and gives the "Adam's Sewing" name as an alternative. However, the NRHP is not the be-all-and-end-all of article titling. In searching for this property on google, I get a lot more hits for it under the "Adam's" name. Rather than engaging in a move war... let's look at the various sources and discuss. Right, the building built in 1911 was always known as Masonic Temple, or Montrose Masonic Lodge, and the like, as can be seen in substantial sources / stories about the building found by searching on "Montrose Masonic Lodge" or similar. The NRHP nomination mentions that "Adam's Sewing and Vacuum" was a tenant in the building once, and it apparently was in 2014 by photo, but it is no longer, and I don't believe the building was ever substantially covered as that name. Searching on "Adam's Sewing and Vacuum" yields only echoes of the incorrect Wikipedia article titling, e.g. an automatically generated Facebook page, e.g. an Angie's List entry which promises reviews of the business but does not actually have any, nor a phone number or anything. The previous move to that title appears inconsistent with facts, sources available about the place. One source is this, from the event space tenant and/or owner of the building. Another is this Waymarking one. The building is on a walking tour of Montrose as "Masonic Temple" or the like; i have had a photo of the historic plaque about it, with no mention of the one-time tenant. I have gotten better interpreting NRIS and other NRHP info, and in my latest edits I made corrections, e.g. naming contractors as builders rather than architects, and expanding NRHP reference title per the document.
