Why the article should not be subject to speedy deletion[edit]

Could someone explain how having at least three songs featured on popular TV serials is not a claim for importance. Is it necessary to write some plodding prose such as "The importance of the group can be seen by the inclusion of some of its songs on a number of popular television serials"?
