When the incident with Eleanor Roosevelt campaigning against her cousin Theodore Roosevelt, Jr., did this actually break the relationship between Eleanor and Bamie who had always been so close? If so, is there any evidence of this? I thought in politics, that was what it was and people did what it took to win. 22 March 2006 08:46 (UTC)
I had the same curiosity, especially if she was as devoted as family members portrayed her to be.
