Just made a few edits... "Big" versus "Large", I feel that "Large" is more encyclopaedic... Also, I don't believe a report on how the blood blister healed is -truly- necessary for the article.

How To???[edit]

The first part of the Treatment section reads an awful lot like a how-to from my perspective. Does anyone else see it the same way? Elevate, epsom salts, etc. I'm not too sure it adds anything of merit to the article, but I'm also not sure on what can be done to improve this portion. Rookie Rover 12:53, 5 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I agree it does sound like a "how to" and it is hard to change, how about removing the bullet points and summarising into something like this:

"There are several popular methods used in the treatment of blood blister, these include elevating the injured area, applying padding and soaking in epsom salts."

suppurates[edit]

According to The American Heritage® Dictionary, and other sources, "suppurate" is an intransitive verb that means, "To form or discharge pus." Its use in this article doesn't fit grammatically or denotationally. 68.19.26.188 (talk) 04:22, 19 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Blood blister-like aneurysms (BBAs)[edit]

These may be interesting, but they should be in their own article or in the Aneurysm article. It's a totally different thing. A "see also" might be in order, but actual content about them doesn't belong in this article. 68.19.26.188 (talk) 04:29, 19 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Treatment[edit]

In the Treatment section, I think it would be useful to say whether it is appropriate or not to empty the blood blister by piercing it. I have a blood blister and came to this article to see if that is the thing to do. That is one of the first things a layman thinks of. I don't know the answer.
