Recipe[edit]

I know the recipe is a copy of the danish article. But as a dane this is the first i hear of using cream. Those recipies I come about always consist of buttermilk or a buttermilk mix with either Tykmælk(sorry no english name exist) or Yoghurt. I know it's not a source, but my parents certainly use cream. Here's a few pages/recipes using cream:
