How about a general page about CERTs?

The context I'm thinking about here is CERT as in Computer Emergency Response Team -- and not a specific CERT as for example CERT/CC, US-CERT. At the members page at FIRST (Forum of Incident Response and Security Teams) there are a large list over CERT teams world wide: http://www.first.org/about/organization/teams/

If I don't remember it wrong, I think CERT/CC was the worlds first CERT and was created as a lessons learned after the Morris Worm [1]. SURFnet-CERT was the first one in Europe I think. There is also a European Government CERT group.
