Just intonation?[edit]

I was under the impression that many Cajun boxes employ just intonation, but that detail has been removed from the arcticle. Is that not correct? MatthewVanitas (talk) 21:06, 13 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I removed it because it wasn't cited and I'm not too sure if it must be just intonation. For instance, Marc Savoy hand tunes the accordion by ear and I'm sure naturally he uses just intonation, but I'm not sure about every accordion maker. Also, I don't believe it would be a defining characteristic (e.g. I would still call a cajun accordion tuned in equal temperament a cajun accordion), but if you think it should be added I am by no means against it.--Michael miceli (talk) 08:16, 14 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
