Error in Weave Code?[edit]

The author of this article was completely accurate in referencing Assembly Bill No. 614, but I believe there may have actually been a mistake (or quirk) in their usage of weave code.

According to the code given, they say that B stands for Black, and K for Sky Blue.

Per [current] official Tartan Register standards, K should represent Black, B for Blue, LB for [Light] Blue, and R for most Reds (i.e. Scarlet). This would make it:

Y..K..G...R..G...R..G...R..G...K...B...K..LB
8..2..20..4..20..8..20..4..20..32..56..2..8.

Would it be worth adding an addendum to clarify this? Taken at face value, the code as laid out in the Bill would give a completely different design. Apologies if I'm mistaken or forgetting anything regarding this; I'd appreciate a second opinion.
