Castlecomer Railway[edit]

The current entry could probably do with a slight tweak as the railway was initially set up by the British around 1919-1921 owned by it's own Company until absorbed by the GSR in 1925 though the GSWR. I currently don't want to make significant changes as I am focused elsewhere. I have just noticed this article does not link to the Deerpark Mines article and will do minimal linking/improvement in this respect. I may also create a redirect article for the Castecombe Railway/Castlecombe Colliery Railway.Djm-leighpark (talk) 11:12, 15 April 2018 (UTC) I am currently of the mind consolidating and developing the Castlecomer Colliery branch railway on the Deerpark Mines article is probably the correct strategy ... but this is for the longer term.Djm-leighpark (talk) 19:02, 15 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Wandesforde Family[edit]

I've visited this article with a focus on the railway, but believe the dealings of the Wandesford/Wandesforde family and Brennan clan have not been developed as much as might be possible. I've tweaked the history section slightly, but there is likely more that can be done, though exactly what can be done without undue article disruption is beyond me.Djm-leighpark (talk) 19:02, 15 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]
