I've changed the location of where the 'soul mafia' were the dominant force to 'London and the south east' as as someone who was around on the scene then but have also lived in other parts of the country found soul fans the rest of the south (ie south west) far more likely to be involved with the Northern Soul scene. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 80.193.66.211 (talk) 07:39, 22 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
