Voice Over - 1981 or 1983?[edit]

The BFI says it's 1981 - http://filmstore.bfi.org.uk/acatalog/info_20734.html - and the IMDB says 1983 - http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0162757/ - I'm guessing a British (Welsh?) release in 1981, and a US release in 1983. At the moment the Wikipedia page is showing both dates with no explanation. I don't really want to make an edit since I don't know anything about it! Incorrect hyperlink: There is a link from the title of the movie "Voice Over" not to an article about the movie but to a discussion of the term "voice over." Apparently there is no article on the movie.
