Notability[edit]

GPL93 added a Notability to this article shortly after publishing. I'd be happy to include some citations to resolve that, but the referenced links to ProgArchives (the biggest reference site for progressive rock world wide since 2004), ProgZilla (UK radio station with an extensive web site and blog) and the Progressive Rock and Progessive Metal E-ZINE (progressiverockbr.com) would qualify as sufficient I think. A third opinion from anyone is appreciated, so we can resolve this. Angeloh (talk) 00:19, 27 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]

The best sources to demonstrate notability are independant reliable sources that contain significant coverage of the subject. See also WP:NMUSIC, sometimes it's enough to demonstrate that someone charted or won a prestigious award. Progarchives is not independant (the material up top is written by Tench), and the reviews below are user-generated and so can't be cited. GFreedom as well as the ProgressiveAspect are WP:BLOGS and can't be cited. Progzilla appears to be a self-published source as well (at least it's not obvious who the publisher is). There rest of the sources are similar, mostly being self-published or not independant. – Thjarkur (talk) 02:38, 27 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]

@User talk:Þjarkur thank you. Please allow me some time, that can be fixed over the next 2 weeks. Angeloh (talk) 21:34, 27 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Currently running a search in my network for magazine, news paper and online sources that fit the criteria, after the COVID-19 delay. Colin did most of his promotion on the internet, so it may take some time. Angeloh (talk) 20:34, 5 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]
