There has been a concern raised pertaining to the notion that this article in its current (initial) state represents or describes a neologism for Telepresence. While this observation is fair, the suggested action is to improve the article.

Neologisms (as per the Wikipedia definition) are a necessary element in the evolution of a language. In this case the language of the web needs to evolve as terms like Collaboration and Web Conferences are overloaded. In fact the need for a new term here is intended to help the public understand what is possible and emerging given the backdrop of existing common terms and solutions.

I would agree that the intent of this article is to capture in a phrase the notion that the web conference model and the browser platform are evolving towards a cooperative model whereby simultaneous interactions between meeting participants are common place. As such this article can be viewed as a protologism for an emerging web technology.

My challenge is to revise the article so that the problem space is well understood and the solution concepts are described in such as way that the correlation to Telepresence is one of only a complementary technology.

I have updated the article with the intent to satisfy the concerns originally mentioned. I assume that there may be a concern raised about this term being added as an extension to either Web Conferencing or Telepresence terms. My initial response to that argument is that, each of those terms are related yet they are approved for inclusion in the public encyclopedia. Thus, while Co-Web is related to both, it is not dependent on them as therefore descriptive of a new class of web functionality.
