Battered?[edit]

Most recipes I find relating to Crubeens clearly show the dish to be battered and fried after being boiled - this makes sense as a lot of ethnic cooking uses boiled pigs feet. It's what you do with them afterwards that counts.--Shannon Dal (talk) 20:24, 4 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]
