Pronunciation[edit]

"The Charter Community of Délı̨nę (pronounced "day-li-neh")..." — Not good enough! Let's have IPA, please. @ whoever did the IPA: isn't orthographic <d> [t] not [t']? I didn't do the IPA but second this - it is definitely [t] not [t'].
