WikiProject Georgia?[edit]

I can't figure out why this article would be a part of WikiProject Georgia... Midnightdreary 04:27, 12 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

cropped photo[edit]

Haskins does not have any children. It looks like some Wikipedian could verify that fact, and keep idiots from posting pictures claiming to be his "son." —Preceding unsigned comment added by 67.167.171.45 (talk) 20:51, 16 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

without a compelling reason to justify its inclusion, the uncropped photo with haskins and the other random person should not be used on this page. image quality is identical on the cropped version, and the photo's subject is less ambiguous. HokieRNB 21:41, 23 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Agreed, somebody please crop that ugly random kid out of the photo. Kazra 14:13, 27 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

If that is Dennis Haskins' son, Dustin Haskins, he should remain in the photo. If, on the other hand, that is just some random kid standing next to Dennis, the kid should be cropped out of the image. Beldingfan 05:54, 23 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

That is definately Haskins' son —Preceding unsigned comment added by Mrbelding (talkcontribs) 20:14, 23 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

No one seems to be able to find any legitimate source regarding Dustin, nor the identity of the person in the photo. The best information available says that it is Bret D. Crafton, who is cited as the copyright owner in this image description. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 52.129.8.47 (talk) 15:44, 1 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

The original photo should be added back in. That was Dustin Haskins in the photo with Dennis Haskins, his father. Bret D. Crafton is friends with Dustin Haskins and took the photo. Beldingfan 04:38, 2 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

That information still cannot be included in the article without a legitimate source. A Google search on "Dustin Haskins" provides no meaningful results, and the only place where the person in the photo is identified is on the Boston.com page, where it clearly says he is Bret Crafton. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 52.129.8.50 (talk) 14:58, 2 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I am a first cousin to Dennis and know for certain that he does not have any children. The kid pictured is very definitley not his son and any claims to the contrary are verifiably false. The caption needs to be changed to reflect the truth or the picture needs to be removed. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 75.70.145.143 (talk) 19:34, 2 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

WikiProject class rating[edit]

This article was automatically assessed because at least one article was rated and this bot brought all the other ratings up to at least that level. BetacommandBot 11:12, 27 August 2007 (UTC) The photo accompaning this article needs to be removed or the caption amended because... 1. The picture identifies the kid as Brian not Dustin (for those claiming this is "his son Dustin"). 2. Dennis Haskins does not have any children! I know this for certain as I am his cousin and would certainly have heard if he had produced a child from his one brief marriage. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 75.70.145.143 (talk) 04:43, 27 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Fashion[edit]

I removed the "Fashion" section, which consisted of a single sentence claiming Haskins likes to wear a scarf. Compuandy (talk) 06:19, 6 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]
