Desbutol[edit]

The author has mistakenly stated that the yellow half of the 15 mg pills were barbiturate. This is actually reversed. The yellow half was meth. The 5 mg pills were inseparable. The meth was mixed with the barbiturate and not separable. The 10 mg pills featured an orange half (meth) along with the blue half barbiturate. The pills were solid and could only be cut with a razor blade. The pill itself was a blotter, meaning that the pill was made of fiber and the drug was applied as a liquid. The pills were not crushable and could only be sliced with great effort. The yellow half (orange for 10mg) were then soaked in warm water and after time the water would absorb the meth while the pill itself would remain solid. When the water turned yellow and the pill remainder white, the liquid was then either injected or taken orally. For amphetamine abusers these were like gold, a source of pure meth, along with (blue half) Nembutal that was perfect for "crashing" when sleep was desired. 2601:582:C500:2C50:D35:F224:2135:5125 (talk) 14:29, 26 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
