Comment[edit]

My posting for the Donaldson Report was deleted because I had posted only a link. Well I was drafting it off-line and had a short article on it prepared, then it was gone.

This article provides more detailed information and source reference for a report referenced on another page TWA Flight 800 so as not to make that one too long, and I felt the information on the Donaldson Report needed to be expanded.

Here is what I had for The Donaldson Report:

The Donaldson Report

In response to the explosion and crash of TWA Flight 800 after leaving Kennedy International Airport in New York City, Commander William S. Donaldson III, USN Ret., in cooperation with the [Associated Retired Aviation Professionals] for the Committee on Transportation & Infrastructure SUBCOMMITTEE ON AVIATION U.S. House of Representatives, issued a highly critical report of the NTSB, FBI, and other government entities titled "Interim Report on the Crash of TWA Flight 800 and the Actions of the NTSB and the FBI" on July 17, 1998.
