Statement by Author[edit]

Needed to be made into a stub seeing as it is probably the largest and most high profile development in Ireland and includes two of the most high profile state agencies as tenantsFinancefactz (talk) 13:40, 10 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Decent stub effort. Would be nice to have some photos of the actual buildings if there are any going.Financefactz (talk) 15:42, 10 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]

COI/Notability concern[edit]

This is a small 2-acre apartment development site in Dublin which is only under construction; in addition, the author may have a material COI here; see their statement above, but also the spam that they have added to the Wikipedia articles of the developers of this 2-acre site Ballymore Group, and Sean Mulryan (the owner of Ballymore).

I have posted a COI warning on the author's Talk Page December 2019: COI at Dublin Landings for comment. Britishfinance (talk) 15:31, 18 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Comment left on my talk page[edit]

Unfortunately I am not related to Sean Mulryan or the Ballymore Group although I would love to be as I would be a considerably richer man!

For comparison some nearby developments that have pages include Point Village and O'Connell Bridge House and Capital Dock.

The tenants of the development are quite prestigious including the Central Bank of Ireland, NTMA and NAMA.

It is the largest development in Ireland by Gross Valuation and I expect you will be hearing more about it in the next few years. I even invite you to edit it if you can as you appear to have extensive journalistic abilities and I would wager you are someone who works as a journalist rathern than in a finance industry as your name suggests! Later comment[edit]

I started this page originally having looked at the Ballymore Group page and realising that they did not have a single Irish development with a page but with several UK ones that were smaller or less prestigious.

The site is 2.7 hectare FYI. and not 2 acres per the above comment Financefactz (talk) 15:50, 18 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]
