Merge with Elections in Scotland?

Is there any reason not to merge this page with a tidied up Elections in Scotland? See talk here for some ideas for a more general tidy up of Scottish elections and results--Spartakan (talk) 22:21, 23 May 2009 (UTC)
It is fine as it is. The present article is about the present systems, the target page for a merge is about specific elections and their results. Partitioning the topics as at present gives a neat separation of 2 very distinct topics and avoids unwieldy article. 5.181.56.1 (talk) 23:26, 2 February 2022 (UTC)
