Why hide her lesbianism?[edit]

It doesn't really matter at all, as Encarna Sánchez is someone with no relevance at all in Spanish life, but if you still want to write an article about her at least be honest:

She never had any kind of boyfriend, she was a lesbian, not bisexual of any kind, a lesbian. She did marry a man while in Mexico in order to obtain legal residency. She never lived or had any personal relationship with that man whom she paid money to get married.

She had many female partners in her life, all of them known and documented. Most of them with gown-up women, which is fine, but two of them with underage girls: one in Barcelona, when the girl (Nuria Abad, still living) was 16. When the relationship became known to the girl's parents, Encarna Sánchez paid them for their silence and she was allowed to move to Madrid with Nuria, then 17. Nuria was never forced in any way, she was also a lesbian and deeply in love with Encarna, but she was in fact underage when the relationship started (it lasted for years). The other case was in Mexico with a 15 year old, Encarna Sanchez had to stop the relationship when she was warned by armed men sent by the girl's father, an important Mexican polititian.

Encarna's lesbianism and different girlfriends, while widely known by everybody were not a matter of explicit conversation in media while she was alive, as she was in fact a powerful radio host and had enough relationship with important polititians as to make anybody think twice about upsetting her.
